“One of the neighbors shared that she wanted to start losing weight and drinking more water. I suggested that she join a group and start walking 3-5 miles a day and maybe add a reminder on her phone to drink water throughout the day. She started walking in her neighborhood in the morning and also in the evening before dinner. She also started drinking 6-8 glasses of water each day. When I saw her a month later, she was excited to share that she had lost 5 lbs. in just a month by making some lifestyle changes. I was happy to hear her good news.”
