“I am a Maine SNAP-Ed Nutrition Educator and hear everyday from the participants I am working with how much they enjoy programming and classes. Whether it’s the Head Start and daycare children, students in schools grades Pre-K to 12, adults or older adults they all ask if I can come back again or more when programming wraps up. Being able to introduce healthy habits and see people trying them out and coming back to class and sharing their success is so rewarding as well! I personally have learned a lot from my role and have incorporated and shared a lot of my new found knowledge with my family at home.”
