Second Grade Student

A second grader who never ate vegetables because she thought they were disgusting was encouraged to try new vegetables before our next class. One week later, she said, “I ate a salad! It had lettuce, tomato and cucumbers with cheese and ranch dressing. I eat salads every day now!”
